I Optimize Shopify Stores To Turn More Paid Traffic Into Profitable Revenue

Trusted By 7-8 Figure Brands & The Agencies That Run Their Ads

The Problem

When Did Your Dev Agency Last Ask About Your Conversion Rate?

Dev agencies don’t care about your growth. They care about their queue. The ticket gets closed, but nobody asks why the work exists, what number it needs to move, or how it should improve the shopping experience.

I Own Strategy, Design, & Development

Why Brands Hire Me

I spent 12 years on your side of the table, running ecommerce for 8-figure DTC brands across medical, skincare, supplements, and CPG.

I owned the P&L, the storefront, and the consequences of every decision. I built the teams, managed the external partners, and saw the gaps first hand: the queues, the handoffs, the work that shipped without anyone asking why.

That operator’s perspective is what I bring to my clients.

Not sure what your brand needs?

Three questions, about a minute. Tell me where the storefront is losing money and who owns the roadmap today, and I’ll tell you which of the five above actually fits. Or that none of them do.

Common Questions

Which retainer is right for us?

If you need someone to own the storefront strategy, CRO roadmap, design, development, and ongoing optimization, choose Storefront Optimization. If your DTC leadership already owns the strategy and priorities, choose the Shopify Development Partner retainer.

Do all engagements start with an Audit?

No. The CRO & UX Audit is a fixed project you can buy on its own, and it's a good first step when nobody has looked at the storefront in a while. If you already know what needs to happen, a retainer can start with the work itself.

Can you work with our Head of Ecommerce or paid-media agency?

Yes. That's the Shopify Development Partner retainer: your leadership owns the strategy and the priorities, and I bring the senior Shopify development, design judgment, and ecommerce context. I don't run paid media. Ads own the click, I own everything after it, so working alongside your media agency is the normal setup.

How is this different from a dev agency?

A dev agency puts your ticket in a queue and closes it. Nobody asks why the work exists or what it should do for the business. I ran ecommerce for DTC brands before I built storefronts for them, so the first question is always which number the work should move. Then one person owns the strategy, the design, and the Shopify build through launch.
